As part of efforts to enhance cooperation and synergy between the two sectors, Mr. Yacine Oualid, Minister of Vocational Training and Education, and Mr. Fayçal Ben Taleb, Minister of Labour, Employment, and Social Security, jointly presided today over the official signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between their respective ministries.

This agreement aims to foster digital collaboration through the exchange of information systems, with the involvement of both the National Employment Agency (ANEM) and the National Social Security Fund (CNAS). The initiative will enhance management tools and enable the integration of databases between the relevant institutions.

The agreement also seeks to adapt vocational training offerings to the demands of the job market across all regions of the country, thereby improving the effectiveness of training programs in line with economic dynamics. A special emphasis is placed on directing trainees toward specialties with high employability potential, particularly in fields facing skills shortages—an approach expected to contribute significantly to reducing unemployment rates.

In this context, the two ministers announced the organization of regional employment fairs specifically targeting vocational training graduates. These events will be held in collaboration with the National Employment Agency, economic operators, and graduates from training centers and institutes. This initiative represents a new milestone in the government’s ongoing efforts to link training with employment and to ensure the effectiveness of public policies supporting youth integration into the labour market.
