On February 14, 2026, the Minister of Vocational Training and Education, Ms. Nacima Arhab, paid a working and inspection visit to the Wilaya of Tindouf as part of monitoring the implementation of the sector’s strategy nationwide. She was welcomed by the Governor of the Wilaya, accompanied by local authorities and sector officials.
During her visit, the Minister presided over the closing ceremony of the Professional Integration Week dedicated to mining trainees. The event brought together local authorities, elected representatives, state executives, civil society organizations, and university representatives. It provided an opportunity to assess the outcomes of this practical initiative aimed at enhancing trainees’ operational readiness and field-based competencies tailored to the region’s mining activities.
